TAWPI Healthcare Payments

Automation Council (HPAC)

Information - Networking - AdvocacyHPAC Logo

Despite the push towards electronification, healthcare payments remain inefficient and costly for payors, providers, processors and patients alike. Building on the success of its popular Healthcare Payments Automation Summit, TAWPI is bringing together key industry stakeholders to drive improvements in healthcare payments.

TAWPI is launching the Healthcare Payments Automation Council (HPAC) - a first-of-its-kind group designed to provide industry stakeholders with a forum for information, networking and advocacy in healthcare payments automation.

HPAC will cover all facets of healthcare payments processing and the growing demand for technologies, processes, and tools to reduce cost, increase efficiency and improve patient care. Discussion topics will appeal to operations, technology, compliance and business professionals alike.

TAWPI Councils

TAWPI Councils are dynamic, interactive forums of industry stakeholders engaged in identifying and implementing actionable strategies to meet operational and market driven challenges in payments automation and document management.

Through facilitated group discussions, exclusive research and resources, and access to industry thought leaders, council participants gain the knowledge and expertise necessary to accelerate the adoption of practical solutions and best practices for business process improvement in payments automation and document management.

Who Should Attend Participate

Healthcare Payments Automation Council participation is specifically designed for any operations, management or technology professional involved with patient payments, claims processing, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, lockbox, payment processing or cash management; or solution providers addressing those areas.

  • In-person meetings twice a year with discussion topics chosen by Council members -- practitioners discussing their most challenging issues and exchange solutions with peers
  • Monthly facilitated virtual roundtables on strategic topics chosen by Council members -- hear from thought leaders and your peers on the most important issues confronting the industry
  • An annual "State of the Industry" report
  • The HAPC Buyer's Guide
  • Access to exclusive research reports and polls
  • Exclusive third-party reports and other information resources
  • Access to a database of Council members
