Information Capture Professional Certification
The Information Capture Professional (ICP) designation is the only credential for professionals who manage:
- Best practices for managing remittance, capture or imaging operations
- Human resource and ergonomic issues that improve productivity and enhance customer service
- Tips and techniques for managing projects and resource planning
- Emerging technological advancements for information capture and management
- Document management, workflow and storage alternatives for streamlining operations
Candidates are strongly encouraged to have a minimum of two (2) years' previous experience in information management, information capture or transaction processing at the time the examination is administered.
