Who Will Attend
This conference is specifically designed for a operations, technology or treasury professionals involved in billing, accounts receivable, lockbox or payments processing, cash management or benefits administration. Attendees will be mid- to senior-level professional from a healthcare provider, insurer, financial institution, lockbox provider or third-party services company.

Cancellations requests for any reason must be made in writing via email to tyermakov@tawpi.org of via fax to 617-521-8675. You will receive a 100% refund until 8/15/08 less $100 processing fee. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which they were paid. Substitutions will be allowed when submitted in writing and a $50 processing fee will apply.

Premier Sponsorship
As a premier sponsor, your organization will receive significant visibility at this event. This high-level sponsorship opportunity is available to just 10 vendor sponsors and includes exclusive visibility opportunities and access to conference attendee lists.Premier sponsors enjoy special privileges as conference partners and are expected to play an active role in the development of the conference program and implementation of the marketing plan.
TAWPI will work with premier sponsors to jointly market the event to targeted customers and prospects through direct mail, exclusive Web hyperlinks, electronic marketing and newsletters.

Exhibit Space
One demo table booth space in the vendor demo area where you can showcase corporate literature or provide product demonstrations. Exhibit space includes 8 x 10 space, one six-foot skirted table, two chairs, and identification sign. Electrical and phone lines are not included. (The exhibit booths are suitable for the set-up of PCs, laptops, video monitors or the display of products and promotional literature with no need to ship expensive backdrops and exhibit freight, saving you money on shipping, set-up and tear-down.)
Content Development
As a premier sponsor, you are entitled to participate on the conference planning committee where you can make suggestions as to content development and speaker recommendations. Premier sponsors also will receive priority consideration for available speaking slots.
Qualified Leads
Premier sponsors will receive a complimentary copy of pre- and post-conference attendee names and addresses (email, fax and phone numbers not included).
Targeted Marketing
Premier sponsors are encouraged to help TAWPI customize a pre-conference direct marketing campaign to your targeted clients or prospects. We will mail to select lists and invite your company to create a personalized letter, announcing your sponsorship and your endorsement of the program agenda.
