Information Capture Professional (ICP)

The Information Capture Professional (ICP) designation was developed
by TAWPI to recognize achievement and dedication of professionals in payment/remittance processing, data capture, imaging operations and
forms processing. The goal of the ICP program is:

  • To provide a comprehensive educational program that will assist information capture professionals in staying ahead of industry trends and practices;
  • To recognize the value of professionals in the information capture industry through accreditation.

The examination is designed to measure an individual's mastery of the fundamental knowledge required to perform the functions related to information capture in today's business environment.

To develop and update the examination, the ICP Blue Ribbon Panel was carefully selected. The Panel developed the ICP Handbook as well as the scope and content of the ICP examination.
