Benchmarking Error Rates

TAWPI’s Payments Capture & Clearing Council is conducting a study on benchmarking error rates in remittance processing operations. The project entails gathering statistics on the number of errors per 100,000 items by type.

Interactive CD: Managing the Changing Payments Mix

TAWPI’s Payments Capture & Clearing Council is currently working on an interactive tool to provide medium-level solutions for the processing of paper remittances for consumer and business payments. This tool will have multiple versions that are produced as the needs of the TAWPI membership expand, and as the payments market and technology advance. Future versions of the tool will address electronic payments.
